Around 100 Exhibitors from Major Manufacturers in the Armed Forces Second Exhibition
Starts next Saturday under the patronage of HRH Deputy Defense Minister

Around 100 Exhibitors from Major Manufacturers are participating in the Armed Forces SecondExhibition for Materials and Spare Parts. The Exhibition is organized by Ministry of Defense in strategic partnership with Asharqia Chamber under the patronage of HRH Deputy Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin AbdulAziz. It will be held from 8th to 13th December atDhahran Exhibition Center.
The Exhibition will hold lectures, seminars and workshops to improve communication among the Armed Forces, private and public sectors and various research organizations.
It seeks to create promising investment opportunities for the private sector and to benefit from domestic capabilities and potentials in addition to creating a long term strategic relation with the private sector in domestic manufacturing.
It also aims at informing the private sector of the Armed Forces' needs and requirements for materials and spare parts that can be manufactured domestically in addition to establishing communication channels for planning and follow-up among Ministry of Defense, national companies, factories and research centers to promote domestic manufacturing. The Exhibition also sheds light on preparing local factories to manufacture spare parts domestically and develop production in accordance with international quality, standards and requirements through opening joint cooperation channels among the Armed Forces, companies, local factories and private sector.
